European Union (EU) Customers
Data Privacy Rights: In addition to
general data protection practices, the EU General Data
Protection Regulation (EU GDPR - Regulation 2016/679) applies
to personal data collected from EU residents. Cross-border
transfers of EU data outside the European Economic Area rely
on European Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses
(SCCs).
Consumer Right of Withdrawal: Under the EU
Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), EU consumers generally
possess a 14-day statutory right of cancellation. However, if
you explicitly request us to begin processing your ETIAS
application immediately, you acknowledge and agree that your
right of withdrawal is waived once performance of the service
has actively commenced.
Withdrawal Notice: To cancel prior to
processing, send a notice using our contact form stating:
"I/We hereby revoke my/our agreement for the provision of the
EU ETIAS assistance service ordered on [Date], Name: [User
Name], Address: [User Address]."
Dispute Resolution: EU consumers may refer
dispute claims to the European Commission's Online Dispute
Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
or bring proceedings before the courts of their home Member
State.
